Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an On-Site Supervisor (CP) to support the Onsite Manager in delivering Manpower Service Delivery at client locations in Massachusetts. You will manage daily operations, data reporting, onboarding, and collaboration with clients, talent, and leadership to ensure site performance and safety.

Key responsibilities include data entry, client reporting, order management, new-hire support, performance monitoring, and enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
Proven client-facing experience in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Technical: Digital literacy with MS Office, SharePoint, Outlook and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

Operate under general direction, following OCE Standardization and Best-Practice Methodology.
Input and reconcile time entry, attendance, payroll and client invoicing data with high accuracy.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports.
Process and prioritize client orders and ensure talent alignment with client requirements.
