Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Onsite Supervisor (CP) to support the Onsite Manager in Massachusetts. You will help run daily site operations, ensure contract compliance, and foster a positive experience for clients and talent, acting as a bridge among onsite leadership, talent, and clients.

You will lead in operational support, talent engagement, client collaboration, and administrative excellence, with a focus on reporting accuracy and proactive problem solving to drive site performance.

Qualifications

• Industry: 2+ years in staffing, human resources, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, human resources, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical: Digital literacy with MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook, and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Data entry, time entry, attendance, payroll, and client invoicing; ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly client reports; ensure accuracy.
• Process and prioritize client orders; coordinate with internal teams for resource alignment.
• New-hire check-ins; performance monitoring; safety oversight and continuous improvement.
