MSD in Rahway, NJ is seeking an Associate Specialist, Operations (Onsite) to join the MACS Operations team during startup and testing. You will help establish procedures, training, and documentation to enable facility operations for clinical manufacturing of multi-modality drug substances.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related field plus 1 year experience.
• AS/AS in Process Technology with 6+ years relevant experience.
• HS diploma with 8+ years relevant experience in pharma/chemical manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Support MACS Center startup and testing phases.
• Assist with equipment setups, sampling, batch planning and execution at pilot scale.
• Contribute to operational readiness through SOPs, training and documentation.
• Collaborate with development engineers, chemists and compliance teams.
