Job summary

MSD in Rahway, NJ is seeking a Process Supervisor specialist to join the MACS Operations Team. You will supervise daily production activities, coordinate staff priorities, and ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and environmental requirements as the facility moves toward full operation.

The role involves supporting equipment qualification, startup activities, and collaboration across the MACS network to enable scalable drug substance manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline plus relevant experience.
• High school diploma with 6+ years in process development lab or pilot plant/manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

• Support MACS Center operations from testing to full facility startup and ongoing operations.
• Prioritize and assign daily activities for operations staff.
• Ensure compliance with Safety, GMP Quality, and Environmental requirements to meet MACS objectives.
• Collaborate with MACS leadership and cross-functional partners to drive performance.
