Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking an Onsite Coordinator in Aurora, IL to manage the field employee workforce, enforce safety protocols, and respond to client needs in real time. You will walk the site, handle attendance and transfers, and ensure accurate reporting to the client and Accurate. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and a proactive, customer-service oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 1-2 years in industrial staffing/on-site role.
• Highly organized multitasker in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees including attendance, transfers, coaching and terminations.
• Provide flexible customer service for clients and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and provide reporting to client and Accurate.
• Walk the floor of the site at least 3x daily to monitor safety and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills.
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies.
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
