Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking an Onsite Coordinator in Joliet, IL to manage field employees, ensure safety compliance, and support client needs. You will resolve issues in real time and enhance operational efficiency, with a hybrid schedule and weekly pay.

The role requires at least 1 year in industrial staffing, strong organization, and flexibility to support multiple shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including occasional support for multiple shifts as business needs require.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching, and terminations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and associates through flexibility and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while providing timely reporting to both the client and Accurate Personnel.
• Walk the production floor at least three times daily to monitor safety, GMP, and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Communicate effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and extend job offers as needed.
• Adapt to changing business needs while following company policies and procedures.
• Support diversity initiatives and maintain compliance with EEO standards.
