Accurate Personnel is seeking a 2nd SHIFT Onsite Coordinator for immediate hiring in Niles, Illinois. This role involves managing the workforce, enforcing safety protocols, and enhancing operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills and flexibility in customer service. Bilingual candidates in English and Spanish are preferred, and the position provides excellent benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in the industrial staffing industry, preferably as an on-site.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and walk the floor 3 - 4 times a day.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees including attendance and terminations.
• Maintain accurate records and provide accurate reporting.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3 times daily to monitor safety.
