Job summary

Accurate Personnel in Bloomingdale, IL is hiring an Onsite Coordinator to manage field staff, enforce safety, support client needs, and resolve issues in real time. You will walk the floor, maintain records, and drive operational efficiency to boost client success. This role offers weekly pay, evenings, and occasional Sundays, with a full benefits package.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) and have at least 1 year in industrial staffing, thriving in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in the industrial staffing industry.
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage field employees, including attendance, transfer requests, coaching and terminations.
• Approach customer service with flexibility and availability for both client and associates.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, providing accurate reporting to client and Accurate.
• Walk the floor of the entire site at least 3x daily to monitor safety, GMP and policy compliance.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, conflict resolution and customer service skills
• Communicate clearly and work well both independently and in teams
• Interview candidates, assess qualifications, and make job offers
• Adapt to changing environments and follow company policies
• Support diversity and comply with EEO standards
