Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Operations Project Manager to lead high‑complexity, cross‑functional initiatives including Bluefield and Greenfield deployments. This role is based onsite at a manufacturing facility in Florence, KY, with responsibility for end‑to‑end planning, execution, and customer commitments.

The successful candidate will manage multi‑functional teams, align stakeholders, and drive improvements across cost, schedule, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

PMP certification is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
10 years of project or program management experience in complex environments is required.
Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work onsite at the Florence, KY facility to support day-to-day execution and stakeholder alignment.
Lead Bluefield/Brownfield and Greenfield projects within manufacturing/operations.
Define requirements and translate into executable plans.
Build and lead cross-functional teams across internal and external partners.
Interface with customers, partners, and sponsors to ensure delivery.
Develop and manage integrated project plans with milestones and risks.
Align teams to customer and business needs with clear goals and metrics.
Drive execution to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
Track KPIs, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
Provide regular status reports and recovery plans.
