Cobec Consulting, Inc. is seeking a resourceful Workplace Operations & Marketing Intern for our Washington, DC office. This hands-on role supports operations, onboarding, meetings, and events, while helping create graphics, social content, and website updates.

You will use Cobec’s brand guidelines and learn AI-enabled content tools under supervision. The position is part-time (24-32 hours/week) with an onsite Cobec Office location in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree in business, marketing, communications, graphic design, hospitality or human resources.
• Experience with office software and content creation is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for workplace operations and employee experience onsite in Washington, DC.
• Assist with meetings, events, onboarding, and vendor coordination.
• Support marketing and communications tasks, including social content and internal updates.
• Develop graphics, recruiting materials, and website content under brand guidelines.
• Use AI-enabled tools responsibly with human review before publishing.
