Cobec, Inc. is offering a part-time Workplace Operations & Marketing Internship in Washington, DC. The role supports the office experience, employee communications, marketing content, and onboarding activities.

The intern will develop graphics, social media content, and website updates, with opportunities to use AI-enabled content tools under supervision. Prior related experience is helpful, but not required, as we value organization and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or hold a degree in business, marketing, communications, graphic design, hospitality, human resources, or related field.
• Experience or interest in marketing, communications, graphic design, social media, podcasting, website content, or AI-enabled content creation is a plus.
• Prior customer service, hospitality, office, administrative, or event-support experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support workplace operations and employee experience at the Washington, DC office.
• Assist with meetings, events, onboarding, and visitor coordination.
• Create graphics, recruiting materials, social media content, and website updates.
• Assist with Cobec On Air content, episode clips, captions, and show notes.
• Support content updates and brand-consistent communications across channels.
