Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in marketing, communications, graphic design, social media, or AI-enabled content tools is a plus.
• Must be comfortable working onsite and passing a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support workplace operations, employee communications, marketing, onboarding, meetings, and events.
• Create graphics, recruiting materials, social media content, and website updates following brand guidelines.
• Assist with onboarding materials, internal communications, and Cobec-branded merchandise management.
• Coordinate room reservations, AV setup, catering, and guest coordination for events.
