Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership and Performance: Lead operations onsite at a customer location, managing performance, safety, and profitability.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise fleet managers, dispatch managers, and staff.
• Customer Relationship Management: Own the customer relationship and lead rate discussions and reviews.
• Financial Accountability: Manage site budgets and monitor key cost drivers.
• Safety and Compliance: Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and safety teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Availability: Maintain flexibility to support operations outside standard hours.
• Travel: Travel may be required; limited to Ohio for driver visits.
• Accountability and Reliability: Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties.
