CRST The Transportation Solution is seeking a Manager – Site to lead operations onsite at a customer location and be accountable for the financial and operational performance of assigned accounts. You will oversee daily execution, service delivery, and safety, while partnering with internal teams to drive compliant, efficient operations.

The role focuses on leading fleet and dispatch teams, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving continuous improvement.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ability to manage relationships, conduct business reviews, and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations onsite at a customer location, managing performance, safety, and profitability for one or more customer sites.
• Supervise and develop fleet managers, dispatch managers, and support staff to ensure accountability and engagement.
• Own the customer relationship, serving as the primary onsite contact for assigned customers; lead rate discussions and business reviews.
