Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an On-Site Supervisor (CP) in Portland, OR to support the Onsite Manager in delivering the Manpower Service Delivery model at client locations. You will execute daily tasks, ensure compliance, and foster a positive experience for clients and talent.

You will lead in operational support, talent engagement, client collaboration, and administrative excellence, driving site performance and safety while coordinating with management and client teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years in staffing, HR, or a client-facing operational role.
• Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in staffing, HR, or service delivery.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Digital literacy: MS Suite, SharePoint, Outlook and workforce management systems

Responsibilities

• Support Onsite Manager in ensuring seamless site operations and compliance.
• Input and reconcile time entry, attendance, payroll, and invoicing data.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly client reports and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate client orders and align talent resources with client requirements.
• Conduct check-ins with new hires and monitor performance with actionable feedback.
• Promote safety culture, document incidents, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain regular client updates and mentor talent to meet service goals.
• Finalize administrative tasks and assist in SOP compliance audits.
