Job summary

Consertus-US is seeking an onsite Project Manager for a manufacturing plant in Jacksonville, FL. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate planning and construction activities within an active production environment.

This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in manufacturing operations and facilities. Candidates should have a degree in Engineering and 5-10+ years in project management, preferably in the Food & Beverage sector.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience working in the Food & Beverage industry is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in Capital Programs and Construction Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all project activities comply with safety requirements.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor project costs and assist in budget management.
• Ensure on-time completion and create schedules using software.
• Select materials that conform to quality requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and manage permits.
• Maintain relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction.
