The position reports to Supervisor Operations 2 and involves onsite work with up to 10% travel, including international opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience required; OR Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience required; OR HS Diploma with 12+ years of experience required.
• Practical experience in manufacturing, repair, and customer service within an industrial environment.
• Experience with Paper, Chemical, Power, or Aerospace industries.
• Must have great attention to detail, with strong problem‑solving skills and methods.
• Need a great collaborator that is self‑directed but able to work within a team environment.
• Business‑oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Executes comprehensive testing and validation protocols on workshop products, systems, and components with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Balances technical excellence with business delivery timelines.
• Monitors and optimizes test schedules, resource allocation, and workload distribution to meet delivery targets while maintaining quality.
• Collaborates with workshop engineers to identify testing bottlenecks and drives process improvements to reduce cycle time and cost.
• Interprets technical specifications, test procedures, and quality documentation to ensure testing accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.
• Ensures all documentation is completed accurately, timely, and in full compliance with internal systems and external customer requirements.
• Manages test equipment inventory, calibration, and maintenance to ensure optimal tool availability and cost control.
• Identifies quality issues, root causes, and solutions and communicates recommendations to drive continuous service productivity.
