Job summary

ABB Smart Power is seeking a Test Operations professional onsite in Virginia. You will conduct testing and inspections during manufacturing to ensure quality standards and specifications, execute tasks per workflows, follow ABB processes and safety guidelines, and report non-conformities.

You will maintain testing records, support factory acceptance testing, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You are in a team-oriented environment in the Electrification market.
• Highschool Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical industry.
• Proficient with calibrated meters, schematics, diagrams, electrical symbols, data documentation, and basic software uploads.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical pre-testing activities for new products to confirm quality.
• Assist in Factory Acceptance Testing processes and checks.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and determine root causes; implement corrective actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure regulatory and quality system compliance.
