Qualifications

• You have 1-2 years of experience in a research or analytics environment, including programming, data mining, analysis, and reporting.
• You can collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large volumes of information with accuracy and attention to detail.
• You have experience with Python, SQL, SAS and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
• You communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate, and interpret operational information to produce integrated business analyses and projections.
• Identify trends, evaluate current practices, and support process optimization across day-to-day operations.
• Recommend systems improvements to senior management based on analysis of outcomes and trends.
• Collaborate with managers and peers to conduct internal stakeholder research for planning.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews and analyses of processes using operational metrics.
