The Molasky Corporate Center in Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Data Analyst to strengthen business operations through data analysis, reporting, and ongoing performance monitoring. This onsite role in Las Vegas will help turn operational information into clear reporting and dashboards that support planning and everyday decisions.

You will collect, organize, and analyze data, prepare regular reports, spot trends and discrepancies, and maintain accurate databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of reporting and data visualization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.
