Genesis10 is actively seeking an Operational Support Coordinator for a 6+ month contract with a major financial services company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is an onsite role supporting a Supervision team with administrative and workflow duties.

The selected candidate will exercise independent judgment to coordinate recurring business processes, maintain reporting tools, and assist the team using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of direct or similar experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and reasoning skills.
• Proficiency with office skills such as Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work in new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative, and workflow support for a Supervision team.
• Use independent judgment to make appropriate decisions on next steps.
• Work independently with minimal direction.
• Coordinate recurring business processes.
