Job summary

Planted is seeking an organized Operations Coordinator to support our Oakland headquarters. You will handle day-to-day office operations, contribute to workplace improvements, and assist with hiring and onboarding. This in-person role is ideal for a self-starter eager to learn startup operations and wear multiple hats.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and offers a base salary plus stock options, with a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative support or office coordination experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with key tools used for operations and finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage office and kitchen supplies, inventory, and amenities.
• Serve as first contact for facilities issues and coordinate with Ops Manager.
• Support onboarding, travel, and offer-letter processes via DocuSign.
• Coordinate recruiting logistics and team events to foster culture.
• Maintain NDA logs and COI documents for vendors and customers.
