Qualifications

2-3 years of work experience related to business analyst/account management/project management area.
Advanced experience using MS Office including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to analyze data and present report.

Responsibilities

Tracks and reports KPI including forecast, return volume, and production progress to management.
Ensures returned products are repaired/refurbished per production volume and carrier demand.
Ensures availability of required materials, products, parts and supplies to meet daily production objectives.
Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in existing or new work streams.
Reviews receiving and validates rejects to guide inventory movement.
Operates systematic inventory checks to align physical inventories with data systems.
Assists with daily account operation duties and issue resolution to keep operations running smoothly.
