Job summary

City of Hope in Arizona is seeking a Registered Nurse, Oncology Nurse Navigator to join our team onsite in Goodyear. The role supports patients through diagnosis and treatment, coordinating care and delivering education on treatment plans and resources.

The successful candidate will have 1 year of hospital/GI/nurse navigator experience, an ADN or equivalent, AZ RN license or compact-state license, and BLS certification. Onsite M-F 8:00-4:30 with emphasis on communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hospital, GI, or nurse navigator experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Arizona RN license or a Compact State RN license.
• BLS certification required on hire (AHA approved).

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care coordination and patient/family education.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects per Six Rights.
• Assist radiology and support technologists as needed.
• Respond to patient and caregiver needs and coordinate follow-up care.
