Job summary

Mindful Therapy Group in Bloomington, MN is hiring its first Office Manager to launch Minnesota operations. You will lead a local support team, shape the provider and client experience, and create an environment where providers can grow their practices and clients feel welcome.

This full-time on-site role runs Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm with occasional weekends. Salary is $60-63k annually, with company benefits and opportunities to build a new office from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience hiring, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt to changing needs.
• Confidence working independently while staying connected with a virtual leadership team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, safety, and the details that keep everything running smoothly.
• Identify opportunities to improve the office experience and processes.
• Stay organized, think ahead, solve problems, and create an environment where people can do their best work.
• Build and develop a small local support team.
• Build relationships with providers, understand success metrics, and support growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to launch Minnesota location and support virtual teams.
