Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide PRN coverage at our onsite Camden location. The role involves direct patient care in occupational medicine, with a schedule that spans multiple days and times per week.

The incumbent will work under supervision, deliver high-quality care, and support clinical operations while maintaining compliant medical records and strong patient relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related health field from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Ensures day-to-day execution of the clinical model collaborating with the healthcare team to drive optimal outcomes.
• Monitors and improves clinic quality metrics and patient satisfaction.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests (x-ray, EKG, labs) as needed.
• Maintains accurate patient records and follows HIPAA guidelines.
• Provides education and counseling to patients on treatment plans and preventive care.
• Supports policy development and staff training to maintain high-quality clinical practice.
