Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide PRN coverage at our Camden onsite location. You will work with the onsite leadership team and supervising physician to deliver high-quality care in an occupational medicine setting.

The role focuses on direct patient care, preventive health, screenings, and return-to-work assessments. Requires a nursing or related health degree, NP licensure, and 3 years in occupational/urgent care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related health field from an accredited college or university.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current licensed nurse practitioner in the state where employed and in accordance with state laws of practice.
• Must maintain work state nurse practitioner licensure throughout the course of employment.
• 3 years of demonstrated experience in occupational medicine, urgent care or an emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care, leading by example.
• Ensures day-to-day execution of clinical model with healthcare team to drive outcomes.
• Monitors onsite clinic metrics related to quality outcomes.
• Provides comprehensive primary care including preventive services and vaccinations.
• Performs diagnostic tests and interprets results.
• Develops treatment plans and educates patients for health maintenance.
