Job summary
Concentra is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide PRN coverage at our onsite clinic in Camden, NJ. Shifts vary by day with a mix of 7 AM-3 PM and 8 AM-4 PM slots, and hourly rate of $75-$85.
The onsite clinician will work with the leadership team under the supervising physician to deliver occupational medicine, work-related injury care, DOT and physicals, wellness services, and follow-up care in accordance with Concentra's standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience.
- Master’s degree in nursing or related health field from an accredited college or university.
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current licensed nurse practitioner in the state where employed.
- Must maintain work state nurse practitioner licensure throughout the course of employment.
- 3 years of occupational medicine, urgent care or emergency setting experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the onsite clinic.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to drive clinical outcomes.
- Monitor onsite clinic metrics related to quality outcomes.
- Perform diagnostic tests and order labs as appropriate.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
- Educate and counsel patients on therapies and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with medical policies and procedures.
