Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.
• 2–4 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience with first aid, injury assessment and employee health services.
• Strong case-management, documentation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with employees, managers and HR/EH&S teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site occupational health services including first aid and care for injuries.
• Manage injury/illness cases from initial evaluation through return to work.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation cases and related processes.
• Support medical surveillance programs and health records compliance.
• Maintain health documentation and manage supplies and inventory.
• Train employees on health, safety and emergency response.
• Collaborate with EH&S and HR to address workplace health concerns.
