Froedtert ThedaCare Health is seeking an experienced NP or PA to provide primary care and occupational health in onsite employer health clinics in Wisconsin. You will manage your own patient panel with autonomy, supported by an APP leadership team and an integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Must have Family Medicine experience and be able to manage all ages independently.
• Experience in occupational health is preferred.
• Strong focus on preventive care and population health.
• Ability to build meaningful patient relationships and manage a patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care and occupational health in onsite employer health clinics.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Focus on preventive care, wellness, and population health outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers to support workforce health initiatives.
• Maintain continuity of care through relationship-based practice.
