You will build patient relationships, manage your own panel, and work with a collaborative team in an integrated system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care and occupational health services in onsite employer health clinics (must have Family Medicine experience working independently with all ages)
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Focus on preventive care, wellness, and population health outcomes
• Collaborate with employers to support workforce health initiatives
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes and engagement
• Maintain continuity of care through relationship-focused practice
