Job summary

Froedtert ThedaCare Health - Workforce Health in Wisconsin seeks an experienced NP or PA to deliver comprehensive primary care in onsite employer clinics. You will build strong patient relationships, manage your own panel, and work with a collaborative care team within an integrated health system.

You’ll have autonomy in practice, supported by APP leadership, and contribute to population health–focused care for Wisconsin’s workforce, across Mequon, Mequon area and Wauwatosa sites.

Qualifications

• Family Medicine experience
• Ability to manage own patient panel
• Autonomy in an onsite employer-based setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care services in onsite employer health clinics (Mequon/Wauwatosa area)
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Focus on preventive care, wellness, and population health outcomes
• Collaborate with employers to support workforce health initiatives
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes and engagement
• Maintain continuity of care through relationship-centered practice
