You will manage your own patient panel with a high degree of autonomy while receiving strong support from a multidisciplinary team within an integrated health system.

Qualifications

• Family Medicine experience working independently with all ages.
• Experience in occupational health settings is preferred.
• APRN or PA license in good standing; Wisconsin license confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary care and occupational health services in onsite clinics.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan.
• Focus on preventive care, wellbeing, and population health outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers to support workforce health initiatives.
• Utilize evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes and engagement.
• Maintain continuity of care through relationship-focused practice.
