Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Services leader in Marshall, Missouri. You will oversee on-site health programs, nurse scheduling, training, coaching, and support for safe return-to-work practices, ensuring timely medical care for employees.

You will collaborate with EHS, Human Resources, Operations, and plant leadership to maintain regulatory compliance, manage workers’ compensation, and promote a healthy, safe work environment across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program and LPN or RN license in the state of employment.
• Three years of nursing experience; occupational health, industrial nursing, manufacturing, food manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Instructor certification, or completion upon hire; experience with workers’ compensation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate occupational health nurses.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health Services policies, procedures, medical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide onsite occupational health services, including triage, treatment, and follow-up care under physician standing orders.
• Coordinate health assessments, surveillance, testing, and other required medical evaluations.
• Manage injury and illness cases, including return-to-work programs and documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee medical records and reporting in compliance with OSHA and other requirements.
• Partner with EHS, HR, and plant leadership on health initiatives and investigations.
• Assist with workers’ compensation administration and case documentation.
• Deliver health and safety training and maintain PPE inventories.
