Job summary

Conagra Brands in Council Bluffs is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care that supports employee health, safety, and well-being in a manufacturing setting. You will assess, treat, and monitor health concerns, maintain medical records, and collaborate with health, safety, operations, and HR teams to promote a safe workplace.

This role requires strong nursing judgment, two+ years in occupational health or high-volume clinic, CPR/First Aid, and MS Office

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Two or more years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain health records and patient documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Provide first aid, emergency care, and stabilization for injured or ill employees.
• Perform occupational health services under physician standing orders.
• Schedule and perform health assessments and testing, including post-hire assessments and drug testing.
• Collaborate with health, safety, operations, and HR teams to promote employee health initiatives.
• Assist with workers' compensation case follow-up and documentation.
