• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–4 years of experience in digital project management or execution-focused roles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication; able to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, prioritization and execution of 10–12 concurrent initiatives with clear governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across CRM, ERP, e-commerce, data platforms, and more.
• Develop project plans, risk registers, and status reports; lead recurring meetings.
• Serve as primary liaison among stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Gather requirements, translate to clear specs, and manage dependencies and milestones.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate critical issues early.
