Qualifications

• Working fluency with digital products and enterprise systems; coding depth not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day planning, prioritization, and execution of 10–12 concurrent initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across CRM, ERP, loyalty, e-commerce, and data platforms.
• Develop and maintain project plans, action-item trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
• Serve as the primary liaison among business stakeholders, tech teams, and vendors.
• Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable plans.
• Monitor progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers.
• Build productive relationships and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Coordinate enhancements, data migrations, UAT, releases, and deployments.
• Coordinate resolution of system issues and blockers across core platforms.
