Effy Jewelry in New York City is seeking a highly organized Visual Sourcing Coordinator to support visual merchandising by coordinating fixture and prop orders, tracking timelines, and maintaining reporting tools.

This role serves as a key liaison between the Visual Merchandising team, our Sourcing Manager, vendors, and stores, ensuring timely delivery of fixtures and materials while maintaining accurate project documentation and calendars.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in Visual Management, Sourcing or Project Management.
• Advanced MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong coordination and data-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of fixtures, props, and visual merchandising materials for visual merchandising initiatives, Including special projects and holiday roll-outs.
• Partner with Sourcing Manager, Effy logistics, vendors, and cross-functional teams to monitor order status, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to Visual Management.
• Support sampling requests for new visual merchandising fixtures, props and materials through ordering, receiving, compiling feedback, and vendor communications.
• Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and reporting tools to ensure accurate and current information; Communicate updates to relevant stakeholders and compile project update reports as needed.
• Experience in Project Management, to support the Visual Team with budget and schedule tracking

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Visual Sourcing Coordinator to join our team. The Visual Sourcing Coordinator supports the successful execution of visual merchandising initiatives by coordinating fixture and prop orders, tracking project timelines, and maintaining critical reporting tools and databases. This role serves as a key liaison between the Visual Merchandising team, our Sourcing Manager, vendors, and stores, ensuring timely delivery of fixtures and materials while maintaining accurate project documentation and calendars. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and project tracking systems.

This role is based at our New York City headquarters and requires being onsite five days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering and distribution of fixtures, props, and visual merchandising materials for visual merchandising initiatives, Including special projects and holiday roll-outs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 Years (+) in Visual Management, Sourcing or Project Management or related experience
• Advanced in Microsoft Suite - Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.

Salary Range:

$24 - $29 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
