Job summary

Effy Jewelry seeks a Design Coordinator to support planning, design, production, installation, and execution of Charter projects and other initiatives across its cruise retail portfolio.

Based at our NYC headquarters, you will collaborate with Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Creative and Charter teams, and work with cruise line partners, vendors, and fabricators to move projects from concept through execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field required.
• 1–3+ years in interior design, experiential design, or design coordination.
• Strong space planning, detailing, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SketchUp; experience with AutoCAD and visual-design tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design projects from concept through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Assist with space planning, layouts, and design package reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, finishes, and vendor info.
• Schedule meetings, track decisions, and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Support travel logistics for domestic and international assignments.
