Job summary

Northland Health Centers is seeking a Nursing Manager to lead onsite nursing operations across our clinic network. This full-time role ensures coverage, quality patient care, and alignment of nursing teams. You will oversee staff across locations, build schedules including travel, and onboard new hires.

The position partners with QA/QI and requires strong communication with clinic leadership. Compensation includes a salary in the mid-to-high range, plus medical, dental, vision, a 401(k), HSA,

Qualifications

RN with current North Dakota Board of Nursing licensure.
BS in Nursing required.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
Willingness to travel between clinic sites.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff across all clinic locations and ensure duties are completed.
Build and maintain nursing schedules, including travel coverage.
Train and onboard new nursing staff with essential instruction.
Partner with QA/QI to support clinic quality measures.
Serve as liaison between nursing staff and administration.
