Your schedule stays consistent-Monday 8:00am-6:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, and Friday 8:00am-3:30pm—with occasional travel between clinic sites. You’ll start by confirming the day’s staffing plan, adjusting coverage when needs shift, and touching base with onsite teams. As the day unfolds, you’ll be a steady point of contact for nurses and clinic leadership, helping remove barriers and keeping communication clear. You’ll carve out time to coach and orient new hires, check in on how processes are working in real time, and bring practical improvement ideas forward. Regularly, you’ll review quality measures with QA/QI partners and share updates so expectations stay aligned across locations.
