Job summary

Northland Health Centers is seeking a full-time, onsite Nursing Manager to guide nursing operations across our clinic sites. You will oversee nursing staff, build schedules including travel, and onboard new hires while collaborating with QA/QI to improve quality measures.

Ideal candidates bring ND RN licensure, a BS in Nursing, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Travel between clinic sites is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in North Dakota is required.
• BS in Nursing is required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Some travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff across all clinic locations and ensure duties are completed.
• Build and maintain nursing schedules, including travel coordination.
• Train and onboard new nursing staff with essential, role-specific instruction.
• Partner with QA/QI to support clinic quality measures and improve procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and administration.
