Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field; or 8–10 years of related experience.
• 8 years of experience supporting technical programs.
• Experience with IP-related services and network technologies.
• Experience installing and maintaining network routers and switches.
• Working knowledge of network cabling and desktop hardware.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain servers, routers, and telecommunication systems.
• Perform physical setup and configuration of desktop hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and coordinate onsite testing.
• Install and connect necessary cables and equipment, including racks.
• Serve as a technical liaison for IT issue resolution and system upgrades.
