Job summary

Advanced Systems Design, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Microsoft .Net Developer with Mainframe development experience to support and enhance mission-critical enterprise applications in a complex hybrid environment that includes both legacy mainframe systems and modern Microsoft technologies.

This onsite role in Montgomery, AL requires in-person availability from day one and involves modernization, data integration, and production support activities across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience in IBM Mainframe development environments.
• Experience with CMS 835/837 HIPAA data files.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legacy Easytrieve and mainframe applications; translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy enhancements and defect fixes.
• Develop and maintain SSIS/SSRS reporting and ETL processes.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Support production issues and ensure data integrity and system stability.
