Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Mainframe Developer with COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, and working knowledge of .NET technologies. You will maintain, enhance, and modernize critical enterprise apps while enabling integration between Mainframe and distributed .NET platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Mainframe and .NET environments.
• Experience with COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, IMS and modernizing critical enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and support Mainframe applications.
• Develop and maintain COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, VSAM, IMS and .NET interfaces.
• Perform production support, incident resolution and RCAs.
• Create and optimize DB2 queries and stored procedures.
• Design interfaces between Mainframe and .NET apps.
