Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) is seeking a National Security Compliance Analyst to provide onsite support at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

The role focuses on DoD's input into CFIUS and Team Telecom, developing risk mitigation options, and monitoring mitigation agreements to protect critical national assets. The ideal candidate has a JD and senior compliance experience, holds an active TS/SCI clearance, and is willing to travel and work onsite as required by clients in the

Competenze

• 12+ years total experience with 5+ years in compliance and monitoring.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to travel.
• Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Mansioni

• Support DoD input into CFIUS and Team Telecom processes.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for mitigation of foreign investment risk wherever applicable (product integrity, supply assurance, collocation, and tech transfer).
• Expected travel up to ~20%.

Juris Doctor degree

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or National Security
