Job summary

Flats at Riverview in Duluth, GA is seeking a Multifamily Assistant Property Manager to keep our community market-ready and deliver outstanding resident service.

You will support the Property Manager with operations, leasing, budgeting, marketing, and team leadership across 164 units, while ensuring compliance with Cushman & Wakefield policies.

This role offers regular onsite schedule (including Saturdays) and opportunities to develop a high-performing on-site team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience.
• Experience with Property Management software: Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong leasing, renewals, and resident service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of our community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist the Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, leasing, marketing, and service contracts.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to boost renewals and revenue.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic; support on-site team leadership.
