The Multifamily Assistant Property Manager is responsible for maintaining our communities to a market-ready standard, ensuring a high level of service, at all times. Multifamily Assistant Property Managers are also responsible for building and motivating high performing teams to maximize the performance of the property.

Required Schedule onsite includes regular/weekly SAT shift 10am-4pm. Weekday shifts 9am-6pm / 8:30am-5:30pm.
$25.00 starting hourly wage, eligible for benefits and additional earnings.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
