Job summary

Actalent in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Project Manager to lead multifamily construction from start to finish. You will coordinate subs, manage schedules, track costs, and ensure documentation and closeout deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

The role is onsite with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays; strong emphasis on safety, quality, and on-site leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• Experience using Procore for project management is a plus.
• Experience using Bluebeam for drawing review and markup is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• OSHA 30 certification is highly desirable.
• First Aid and CPR certifications are a plus.
• Experience with multifamily project documentation and closeout procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of multifamily construction projects from initial construction through final closeout.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, including scheduling and on-site oversight.
• Develop and update detailed project schedules to ensure timely milestones and delivery.
• Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Oversee budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting to stay within approved budgets.
• Review construction drawings to guide field activities and resolve issues.
• Monitor progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate status and resolutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle including punch lists and commissioning.
• Maintain organized project records, logs, and documentation.
