AIR Communities is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for Highlands Grand Terrace. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee preventive maintenance, apartment turns, vendor partnerships, and service delivery to maintain the property to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in multifamily housing or related fields.
• Strong technical expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and building systems.
• Experience managing vendors, preventive maintenance programs, apartment turns, and operating budgets.
• Reliable transportation and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Oversee maintenance operations, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and vendor relationships.
• Drive maintenance strategies to support resident satisfaction and asset preservation.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize and execute capital improvement projects.
• Manage budgets, inventory, and resources with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with standards, EH&S requirements, and regulations.
